(9/1/26) the LPUMS open house is thursday, september 3rd from 5:30-6:00pm. come meet your child's teachers and explore the campus. team lions will be in B106 and we will have some light snacks available as well as a free raffle! see you soon!!

(8/12/26) 1- it has been great starting to get you know you, all. welcome to team lions!! keep in mind that schedules may still be adjusted over the next week or so, so please be patient with the staff assisting with the adjustments.

2- sign up for 1st quarter sports his week. 1st Quarter Sports are Girls Volleyball, Boys Soccer, and Girls and Boys Rugby. QR codes are posted around the middle courtyard and on wildcats.sba Instagram, or you may go to B110 to sign up. 3- if you had or knew ms. matanane and/or mr. haddy, please take a moment to think about them and remember them. they passed away this summer and will be greatly missed by their wildcat family and many other friends and family members. we're so grateful for all the years we had the chance to know them. rest in peace.

(1/20/26) report cards- 1st semester report cards were distributed during 7th period today. if your child didn't receive theirs, have them ask their 7th period teacher. middle school PTC (parent-teacher conference) will be on friday, march 20th. there will not be any classes that day. classes will resume the following monday. 

aspire- beginning january 12, LPUMS began offering its first after school program since the pandemic. the program offers homework help and tutoring for students as well as provide them with meaningful activities.  the program will continue until april 17.  click here for more information or contact Mr. Christian Gomez at [email protected]

(11/26/25) happy thansgiving, everyone! we hope you have a great day today, and a wonderful time with friends and family during the break. we made a fun little thanksgiving joke time comic for you. click here to see it. classes resume on monday, november 1st. be good!!

(11/22/25) hafa adai, wildcats! order the 2026 yearbook soon before the price goes up! for november, the yearbook is $85. this year, the yearbooks will be ready by may 2026. please see mrs. carino in A112 to place an order!

(10/22/25) our parent teacher conference is this thursday, october 23, from 8 am to 1 Ppm. parents, come and meet your child's teachers and talk their progress and success! there are no classes tomorrow for students.

(8/18/25) PTO meeting on thursday, august 21 at 6pm in the cafeteria. students who bring their parents to the meeting will get a dress down pass for the following day on august 22. students who receive a pass don't have to wear a uniform on august 22, but they must follow the dress down policy.

girls volleyball and boys soccer tryouts have closed to students who have not signed up. team selections will be made this week. there will be rugby tryouts on tuesday august 19 from 3:30 to 5pm at the old tiyan raider football field. only those who attended the clinic and were cleared are able to try out. if you didn't attend the clinic please bring a copy of your physical.

8/8/25 luis p. utalan middle school will be distributing school supplies next week during EXCEL period starting monday 8/11 for 6th graders, wednesday 8/13 for 7th graders, and friday 8/15 for 8th graders at the front of the school. please view the flyer for more information..
